High-end Fusion splicer S185PMLDF for LDF & PMLDF splicing

The FITEL S185PMLDF is add a polarization alignment function to S185LDF. S185PMLDF is capable of splicing large diameter polarization maintaining fibers in addition to the fibers supported by S185LDF.
