SGR-Extra series lasers have been developed since 2007 as high energy nanosecond Nd:YAG systems. This series are suitable for certain applications like laser peening and plasma physics.
SGR-Extra series lasers have been developed since 2007 as high energy nanosecond laser systems which is suitable for laser peening, pump source, plasma physics, etc. This series has been delivered more than 40 units.
SGR-Extra series lasers provide the customization service. Specifications such as wavelength, repetition rate, energy, pulse width, beam profile, SLM are all available for customization. Beamtech also developed and gained much experience on burst mode technique and vehicular applications during this process. As a result, Beamtech provides the ideal laser source solution for the customer in various applications.
The main applications for SGR-Extra series lasers include laser peening, plasma diagnostics, laser material interaction, pump source, etc. From 2007 to 2020, Beamtech provided more than 50 units SGR-Extra lasers from 5J to 50J energy level， especially in laser peening area. GE Aviation from US also purchased one unit of 10 J SGR-Extra laser.
